Aromatherapy Massage   $75.00 per hour
Enhance your massage session by using a unique blend of essential oils which create a relaxing, luxurious experience that balances the mind, body, and spirit.

Deep Tissue Massage   $75.00 per Hour
Deep tissue massage releases the chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and deep finger pressure on the contracted areas. It also treats the deeper layers of muscle tissue.

Sports Massage   $85.00 per Hour
Sports massage is generally used in one of three categories: maintenance to help the athlete reach optimal performance to prevent injury during training. Given before an event to assist the athletes in worming-up muscles to prevent or reduce muscle spasms and metabolic build –up. Rehabilitation Massage assists in the management of both acute and chronic injuries.

Swedish massage   $70.00 per hour
Most common type of massage requested. Swedish massage uses a system of long strokes, kneading and friction percussive vibration techniques on the more superficial layers of the muscles combined with active and passive movements of the joints. Used primarily for full-body sessions and promotes general relaxation, improves blood circulation and range of motion, and relieves muscle tension.

Steam Baths $20.00 for 15 Minutes (Free with massage)
The therapeutic benefit of a relaxing steam bath may be enjoyed before your massage session to assist with easing muscle tension and promoting feelings of relaxation and well-being. Steam baths are also good for improving circulation; detoxification and can cleanse and rejuvenate the skin through encouraging heavy perspiration. The use of essential oil can be added to enhance the healing process.
